High	High	A doctor stands in front of a patient with a set of symptoms and immediately knows which problem it is.
High	Low	When you try to remember the capital of Australia, which you previously remembered many times, but right now cannot recall.
Low	High	The meaning of a concept that you have just learned and are now using in a discussion, but which you will have difficulty remembering tomorrow.
Low	Low	The name of a new colleague that you heard five minutes ago but now cannot remember.
